AudienceView Virtual Call: A virtual appointment can be scheduled with an AudienceView solutions expert. These 30-minute sessions can be booked online.

AudienceView Case Submission: Most questions can be answered via a case submission on the AudienceView website.

Self-Service Help

AudienceView provides a wealth of information about the application within its online Knowledge Base. This can also be accessed via the the red lightbulb icon in the bottom right of the AudienceView back-office screen.

Training

AudienceView offers lots of on-demand training courses available for event planners. To access this content, you will need to have credentials setup for the AudienceView community portal. Contact Karen Hunter to get an account.

Accessing AudienceView

Navigate to the AudienceView homepage. Click on the Log In / Register button and then choose the Student / Faculty / Staff / Retiree option to log in via Google Single Sign-On. Note that you will need to have appropriate access assigned to your account in order to perform any administrative functions.
